To suit your busy schedule as a super mom, full time/part time employee, student or retired, we offer these fitness classes 7 days a week early morning, afternoon and evenings to fit into your busy schedules. All these fitness classes are available for you with a single monthly payment providing you with more flexibility to drop into a class whenever you feel the need or if you are the mood, do upto 3 classes in a day!. Our ladies only group fitness classes usually run 45 minutes with warm-up, workout and cool-down during which we use modern fitness equipments like steppers, weights etc . Classes are conducted at our 3500 sq ft floor with cushioned sports flooring to avoid knee, joints, feet , back and other sports injuries. We offer changing rooms, showers, 24 hour security and ample parking space.
Body weight workout
Tone your arms, legs, abs and burn fat anywhere with these routines. They are an effective way to improve balance, flexibility, and strength . From legs, shoulders to chest and abs we have covered every part of the body that can get stronger with body resistance alone.
Latin workout
Latin workout fitness classes uses Latin music which concentrates on gradually increasing heart rate with a mix of fast and slow rhythms to combine aerobics and resistance training
Cardio blast
Blast your cardio fitness to the next level! This class provides the variety your body needs to see results by combining fun cardio routines with specific muscle conditioning while gaining overall strength. Cardio fitness exercises are sure to burn fat and increase stamina!
Bolly workout
A fun Bollywood dance workout based on Bollywood dance steps and music. It has various Bollywood styles of fast movements, designed to tone, build muscle and stay fit. No dance experience is required.
Zumba
Largest international fitness brand zumba fuses international rhythms with easy-to-follow dance moves. A fun and effective fitness class that feels more like a night out dancing than a workout. No dance experience is needed but a certain fitness level is required to take up these classes which can burn upto 1000 calories in one Zumba session.
